How will I know my order has been received?
After placing your order for a Real Gift you will receive an automated email confirmation. This will not apply to telephone orders unless an email address has been provided.

How will I know when my order has been despatched?
When the personalised thank you card and message is despatched you will also receive an automated email confirmation. This will not apply to telephone orders unless an email address has been provided.

When will my order arrive?
Your personalised thank you card and message will normally be despatched the next working day following receipt of order. Monday to Friday constitute working days other than public holidays.

How will my order be posted?
Your personalised thank you card and message will be sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post. Delivery is free of charge.

What is the Christmas delivery period?
The last order date to ensure that your personalised card and message is delivered prior to Christmas is 3pm Tuesday 21 December. However, where an order is placed between this date and Christmas Eve (24 December 2011) it will still be processed and posted but we cannot guarantee it will arrive in time for Christmas.

Can you deliver my real gift overseas?
Real Gifts that are delivered via emails can be sent to anywhere around the world. For Real Gifts that are delivered by post, we are only able to deliver to UK addresses. Alternatively, if you wish to send your Real Gift overseas by post, please have the gift sent to your UK address and then you are able to forward overseas.
